Mon Oncle: A Summer Soiree

An enchanting part of looking into the past is seeing the vision of the future we live in today. Whether this is artfully done through film or fashion, we are suckers for blending the past, present and future of design.

Fashion designer, Leonor Aispuro, gets it. Her high fashion line has details to punch up any look while maintaining a softness for a subtle statement. The brilliant, sheer design of her dresses allows you to make any look your own.

Creative Director, Courtney Jay Biebl, put together a look that will be inspiring whiskey goblets by the pool everywhere. Pairing Leonor’s high-fashion dresses as cover-ups with vintage-inspired swimwear creates a magical scene that one can only hope to encounter this summer. It’s as if Oscar De La Renta’s Spring/Summer 2016 fashion line walked straight off the runway onto the set of Mon Oncle, bringing back the perfect, sophisticated summer party inspiration. If you’re feeling extra dreamy, a dark lip and an old hollywood hair wave will seal the look.
